PLUTOT LA PLUIE
Haunted by memories and hallucinations, soldier Stephan Beltrani is coming home from war.
Rather than unfolding as a traditional narrative, PLUTOT LA PLUIE is an immersive and dreamlike exploration of memory and vision.
Andrea Zanoli and Daniele Marconcini work together under the name of “Videoteppisti”, which literally means ‘video yobs’.
They say they started directing films together because they were ‘tired of the usual cinema’ and pride themselves on making films with no budget.
The Videoteppisti duo represents an interesting example of cinema of experimentation
and have attracted quite a lot of attention for their no-frills and high impact filmmaking.
